We are a registered Housing Association providing accommodation, outreach support and a wide range of other community-based support services.

Supporting and empowering customers using a strength’s- based, psychologically informed approach. We support people with mental health ill health, learning disabilities, addictions, people who may be socially isolated, people who may have come into contact with the criminal justice system, experienced homelessness, or at risk of becoming homelessness and a range of trauma related issues.   

We are looking for an Operational Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of Furlong Court, a supported housing service which supports vulnerable people aged 16 to 65 who are on a journey of recovery from substance misuse and who may have experienced the following: 


  • Rough sleeping 
  • Other forms of homelessness 
  • Complex needs

This is a 24/7 service therefore the postholder will be required to be flexible to work between the hours of 8am – 8pm and occasionally attend the sites during a night shift to support night staff.

Due to the current pandemic – we will consider the use of remote interviews via Microsoft Teams if it is not possible or appropriate for candidates to attend in person and have a socially distanced interview at our Head office in Stoke-on-Trent.
