Customer Care Administrative Assistant

Our client has a great opportunity for an individual to begin their career in the customer care sector of residential house building and join their busy care team.

As customer care admin assistant, you will be first point of contact for their customers following the purchase of their new home.

Respond to queries in a timely manner, coordinating contractors and service providers in respect of remedial works.

Progress works to a satisfactory conclusion, whilst delivering the high level of service expected maximising customer satisfaction and inviting 100% positive customer feedback.

Full training will be given in line with their company training framework. Whilst this role is at entry level, consideration will also be given to candidates with previous experience.

What you will need:

  • To be organised with the ability to prioritise workloads 
  • Good IT skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • An aptitude to pick things up quickly
  • Own transport is essential
