The Company

Stoneseed are actively recruiting for a Senior Resource Specialist to support the growth in demand for our Project Management services.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will own and manage the full recruitment cycle in a manner that provides us with the best possible candidates and consistently provides a positive candidate experience.

Ideally you will have experience in recruiting technical/IT roles, experience of Project Management and Business Analyst recruitment would be advantageous, but not essential.

You will have experience of working with multiple job boards, LinkedIn and other social media platforms; experience of working with applicant tracking systems is desirable, specifically knowledge of Bullhorn would be a bonus.

Most importantly, you will need to be a skilled interviewer, and determine who has got the relevant experience and right attitude to join the team at Stoneseed.

This varied role will ideally suit an already established and experienced recruiter who is ready to take on more responsibility for managing their own recruitment cycle.

Specific Activities will include:

  • Working alongside the Resource requestor to draft the appropriate role profile and job specification documents.

  • Work with external recruitment partners in periods of high demand

  • Provide advice and guidance on likely timeframes and target day rates and salaries

  • Determine the appropriate recruitment strategy for each role

  • Place adverts on jobs boards and appropriate media.

  • Profiling candidates using CV Databases and LinkedIn

  • Conducting first stage phone interviews with potential candidates.

  • Undertaking second stage Teams interviews, and/or Face to face interviews as required.

  • Providing Feedback to all candidates who have been interviewed via email.

  • Liaising with Marketing for focussed, targeted campaigns.

  • Collating interview feedback

  • Proactive Recruitment

  • Producing Reports

  • Updating CRM system

  • Promote good recruitment practice, and leading interviews if required
