About the Role

Our Account Management team are vital to delivering an excellent experience to our customers and ensuring customer retention by supporting them in every step of their journey. 

We are investing heavily in our Account Management team and as a result, are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Management Team Leader.

You will:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the Account Managers, to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, and ensure customers are nurtured through the simPRO journey
  • Build excellent rapport and relationships with customers and assist in effectively managing accounts to ensure long-term success and customer retention
  • Supervise the team in their day-to-day duties, regularly monitoring performance, attendance, and conduct 
  • Monitor performance of the overall team and assist in preparing reports to define problems and identify solutions 
  • Engage with People Operations for support and advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle


  • Be an enthusiastic, energetic and motivating leader 
  • Significant experience in customer success or account management
  • Be someone who embodies our values 
  • Proven people management experience including coaching and mentoring a team, conducting performance reviews and addressing people related issues 
  • Experience of selling in the SaaS or in the trades industries 
  • Knowledge of the trades industries (plumbing, electrical, fire & security)
  • Be confident to thrive in a fast-changing and ever-evolving environment
