Are you an experienced support worker whose enthusiasm and commitment ensures your customers receive the right support in getting and managing a home and helping with finances, health, training, education and employment?  Can you work with a high degree of autonomy and manage support plans without close supervision from others?  Are you computer literate in using Microsoft word, excel, email and the internet? 

Tenancy Support Worker (Community Based Outreach)

Salary £17,953.10 - £20,080.05 per annum (Dependable upon experience) 

Contract: Permanent - Includes some evenings and weekends.

Flexible hours are a requirement of the post usually between 8am and 8pm (over 5 out of a 7 day period) based up service requirements.

Due to the current pandemic – we will consider the use of remote interviews via Microsoft Teams if it is not possible or appropriate for candidates to attend in person and have a socially distanced interview at our Head office in Stoke-on-Trent.
