Contracts Administrator

Are you an Contracts Administrator with experience with the building industry?  

If so this could be the role for you!

Our client, a Professional Remedial Services company, require an office administrator to join their team as a result of company expansion.

The role is general admin in relation all aspects of the day to day running of the company.  Immediate start available.

The Role includes as an overview-

  • Invoicing, Checking and processing timesheets, material ordering, typing duties.
  • Telephone answering, so good telephone manner is required.
  • General Contract Administration duties dealing with files and clients.
  • Delivery/Transport Administration support
  • Has good Microsoft packages experience
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous Construction Contracts Administration experience

It is essential the applicant has experience within the building industry and will be required to work full time on a 5-day week Monday to Friday as a permanent position.

This position is a varied roll within a small committed successful team.

The roll Is office based at our clients Royton office.

Their speciality is an area of construction involving gas membranes and water proofing membranes.

The remuneration is commiserate with experience.
