Greenhome Heating is a growing family run company based in Sunderland.

They are looking for a friendly, efficient person who can help improve their customer services and organisation.

All training will be provided but the candidate should be confident doing the following duties unsupervised once trained.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries from phone, email and social media
  • Taking bookings and using job management software
  • Using Quickbooks alongside weekly timesheets
  • Producing weekly/monthly reports using Excel Spreadsheets
  • Communicating with engineers to organise call backs and quotes for customers
  • Follow up customer service calls
  • Welcome customers into showroom and help assist them with product information (not initially)

They are looking for someone well-spoken who can provide excellent customer service to every customer.

They must have good time keeping skills and have a positive attitude.


The company is based in Sunderland and provide plumbing and heating services to the surrounding areas.

Working hours are 8:00am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary will be between £18,800 to £22,000 depending on experience.
