Administrator

Working as an office administrator you will:


  • Provide accurate and responsive progression of admin tasks. 
  • Present a positive image of the company to all types of potential customers and other contacts. 
  • Be the point of contact for all administrative tasks. 
  • Be highly responsive to all customer and team needs and expectations.

Full admin systems training will be provided at the Coventry office.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to:


  • Process orders and invoices for customers and office consumables
  • Maintain accurate information on the CRM
  • Arrange shipments both domestic and international
  • Provide assistance to any team member as appropriate
  • Make travel arrangement bookings

You are or have:


  • Office experience
  • Experience of CRM and order processing systems
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work as a member of a small team
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Desire to provide an excellent service to our customers and members of the team.
