Customer Services Assistant

About The Role
At saha, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement for people who are or have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation.

As a Customer Services Assistant, you will need to:

- Help provide an effective & efficient answering service to our customers
- Deal with enquires via telephone, email, web-chat and in writing
- Diagnose & raise repairs, dealing with tenancy enquires whilst providing administrative support.

About The Candidate
Our Customer Services Assistant will instinctively share saha’s delivery values and behaviours, love their work, helping people to thrive and always finding a way to be effective.

You will need to:

- Be a confident and capable communicator, not fazed by difficult situations
- Be able to build trusting, professional relationships and have a high level of resilience.
- Take an asset-based approach to empowering people to develop their skills, strengths and talents.
- Have good knowledge or experience of working with homeless people, and / or supporting vulnerable people or groups,
- Understand or learn about community resources and organisations that can help our clients
