Assistant Manager

Track 4 Trade Ltd is a distributor of organic cosmetics and super-food supplies within the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their dynamic team as a full time Assistant Manager to support e-commerce development.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience or a real interest in the products that they will be selling.

The main duties will include:


  • Supporting the Company Director to manage and excel the business
  • Evaluating competition, adjusting the company's sales strategy regularly
  • Analysis and evaluation of potential new customers
  • Effective inventory and distribution management
  • Promoting sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers; meet and exceed sales targets
  • Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
  • Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation and discipline within the branch
  • Maintaining consistent customer service excellence within the branch
  • Supply chain logistic management that involves warehouse operation and inventory management
  • The client will provide a comprehensive in-house training programme as well as possibility for the extension of duties and transfer to other departments, depending on the employee's ambition and potential
  • Assist with warehouse when necessary including picking and wrapping of orders


Key Skills/Experience:


  • Demonstrate similar retail and  distribution management experience
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Be an organised and efficient individual
  • Have excellent presentation skills
  • Be experienced in or interested in the beauty industry
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Have a driving licence
  • Be fluent in MS Office Packages and analytics in xls and other google tools 
  • Be willing to learn and acquire new skills including IT
