Technical Service Advisor Based in Bristol

The position requires supporting a busy workshop for a national HGV Company; Managing and maintaining job cards, engaging with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.

Ordering parts and sub-contract work.

You will also be responsible for costing the work and raise invoices from job cards/repair orders.

Dealing with cash, cheques for any work completed and parts used that will be charged back to the correct accounts.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

You will be working within a fairly small team who are passionate about the role and their colleagues.

Ideally you will have some technical knowledge, administrative abilities and previous customer service experience.
