Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Remote (Client London Based)
Duration: 3 months initially (Total assignment is expected to be a minimum of 12 months)
Hours: Full time, 5 days per week.

The Role
An immediate requirement for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the replacement of a core global HR System for our client.


This programme of work is expected to last for over 12 months, and contract assignments will be renewed on a 3-monthly basis.

The suitable candidate will be available to start immediately to commence a phase zero process (business case and planning work)
It is essential that the Programme Manager will be highly experienced in:



  • Both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Leading both HRIS and Core HR technology implementations

  • Leading global or multi-country projects; be highly skilled when communicating with senior stakeholders based in different countries

  • Managing third parties




It is desirable that the Programme Manager also will have experience leading technology implementation Projects in Professional Service firms but is not essential.
