Carpenter - FM Service Provider - Static Site -  South West London -  £35,000 - £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated on Central London.

CBW is currently recruiting a Carpenter to be based on a Static Site located around the South West London area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry.

Working alongside the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of carpentry across the site.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000, overtime and further training.

 
Key duties & Responsibilities

• Take measurements and prepare the site for woodwork 
• Prepare drawings for cabinetry and other projects on site 
• Design and install wooden shelves, drywall and cabinets 
• Install handles, locks and hinges 
• Source timber by strength, size and budget 
• Perform finish to carpentry including flooring, siding and built-ins
• Liase with supplier, clients and other tradesmen on site  

• Up to £38,000 
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Further training

• City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 / 3 Carpentry Qualified
• A trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
