Job Title:         Sushi Chef/Omakase Chef

Our client is an impressive neighbourhood restaurant in West London that is currently hiring a Senior Sushi Chef/Omakase Chef to oversee a small sushi team.

They are planning to introduce a custom-made, open-plan sushi kitchen in their dining area to highlight the skills of their Sushi Chefs in front of all diners.

• A Sushi chef who is at the top of their game, someone who is creative, passionate and has a real eye for detail.
• This role suits a Sushi Chef who has at least three years of experience running a sushi restaurant/kitchen.
• A Sushi Chef who enjoys interacting with customers is a must! This kitchen is open plan and situated in the heart of their dining room.
• This is a very creative role – you will have full autonomy of the sushi offering.
