Mobile Fabric Engineer - Leeds - Salary 24- 35K

CBW are looking for an experienced fabric engineer to join a leading Facilities Company covering Leeds and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join their growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same.

Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance inspections
• Carry out respective fault finding and reporting
• Undertake all building fabric activities
• Build client relationships and report any defects at the time of site visit
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar role.
• holding relevant qualifications eg.
  
  time served apprenticeship, C&G or equivalent
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
  
  Good verbal and written communication and ability to use computers.
• Highly self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
