Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor - East Kilbride - Salary up to £41,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Testing & Inspection (T&I) Supervisor to join a dedicated facilities team based in East Kilbride.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Technical Services Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the electrical testing and inspection contract across the Northern region.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation and maintenance of systems at assigned sites, meeting health, safety, environmental, quality, and client service standards.
• Supervise and conduct scheduled electrical testing and inspection activities, including but not limited to:
• Emergency Lighting
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
• Illumination Levels
• Infra-Red Thermography
• Motors
• Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
• Static Discharge
• Lightning Protection
• Manage and perform repair works and equipment operations following best practices and relevant standards.
• Ensure all third-party contractors adhere to site safety protocols and procedures during their work.
• Work within Safe Systems of Work and site Permit to Work systems, ensuring robust controls are in place.
• Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

• C&G or equivalent in an electrical engineering discipline
• C&G 2391, or equivalent Testing & Inspection
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification
• CMMS (SAM FM) (Desirable)
• HND/HNC Electrical Qualification (Desirable)
• Valid Driving License

• Base Salary: Up to £41,000
• Annual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays.
