Junior Building Maintenance Engineer - £35,000 Westminster, London - Monday - Friday 08:30 AM - 17:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines to join a dynamic team in a prestigious commercial building in the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow their career in building services.

You’ll work closely with a senior engineer and the wider on-site maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience and training in both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building systems. 

Package:

• Helping with day-to-day maintenance, checking systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly
• Supporting the team with repairs and scheduled maintenance and reactive works 
• Learning on the job and developing your technical skills
• Making sure work is done safely and to a good standard

• Any qualifications in electrics, plumbing or building services (e.g.
  
  NVQ, 18th Edition)
• Someone with an engineering or technical background
• You don’t need building maintenance experience – just a good work ethic, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment
• Friendly, reliable, and a good team player
• A driving licence would be useful, depending on the location
