Relief Van Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative

Centric Talent is recruiting experienced Multi-drop Delivery Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Bolton—one of the UK’s leading suppliers of bathrooms and bathroom fittings.

his hybrid role includes both multi-drop delivery driving and warehouse work.

You will drive when covering for holidays or sickness and support the warehouse on days when sufficient drivers are available.

Previous multi-drop experience is essential, and candidates must hold a full, clean UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted for minor offences).

Role Responsibilities Delivery Driving

• Carry out commercial and domestic deliveries
• Complete approximately 20 drops per day
• Occasional long-distance work
• Drive a range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
• Liaise closely with Admin and Transport teams
• Complete all required delivery documentation
• Conduct pre- and post-vehicle checks
• Manual handling and lifting required

• Support warehouse tasks when not driving
• General picking, packing, and stock handling duties

• 05:00 – 13:30
• 05:30 – 14:00
• 06:00 – 14:30

• Minimum 6 months’ multi-drop van driving experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Good understanding of the UK motorway network

• Temporary-to-Permanent contract
• Pay rate: £12.93 per hour
