Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London – Up to £60,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join a modern, high-quality commercial office building in London.

The site is overseen by an on-site managing agent and offers a contemporary, multi-floor workspace designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and occupant comfort.

You will be responsible for supervising a small on-site engineering team and ensuring the smooth operation of building services within a professional corporate environment.

Hours of Work

08:00am - 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of three on-site Engineers
• Carry out and oversee daily checks, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive works
• Act as first point of response for electrical and building system faults
• Oversee lighting systems, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
• Support wider facilities operations, escalating issues where appropriate
• Coordinate with mobile engineering support and external contractors
• Maintain accurate system logs, complete PPM schedules, and ensure all work orders are fully closed out

• Electrically or Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3
• Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
• Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
• Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
• Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
