Due to continued expansion, our client has a requirement for a Mechanical Estimator to work on a full range of heating and plumbing installations.

They are involved with tendering for Mechanical & Electrical projects ranging from Domestic new build & refurbishments to commercial & industrial schemes.

Clients include Social Housing Landlords, Main Contractors, Consultants or direct to businesses.

The ideal Mechanical Estimator can expect:
- Up to £38,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
- Car/Allowance
- Fuel Card
- Pension & Health care

The successful Estimator will have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator.
- Building services experience - Mechanical bias
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and gas installations.
- Qualified to HNC level in engineering building services.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
