Engineering Technician

My client is the business behind market-leading dairy brands Lurpak, Anchor and Cravendale milk as well as being the leading supplier of fresh milk and cream to the top seven retailers.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Engineering Technicians for for our site in Settle, North Yorkshire.



This multi skilled engineer role is not only about running and maintaining equipment (although a significant part of the role), but in developing continuous improvement teams, leading and facilitating these through a number of lean manufacturing areas to deliver improvements across the Creamery.

Through the delivery of planned and predictive engineering maintenance across all production lines & process areas you will ensure downtime is minimised and business critical equipment is maintained to deliver agreed levels of performance.



They are looking for electrically biased Multi Skilled Engineers with previous experience of working in a FM CG manufacturing environment, experience from a food or beverage environment would be advantageous.

Experience and knowledge of Tetra Brik UHT or Aseptic would be desirable, as would automation/PLC experience with knowledge of S7 and Rockwell.
