Contract Manager - Welfare to Work

A large organisation within the Welfare to Work sector are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to cover Hampshire, based out of either Basingstoke, Southampton or Portsmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous experience working on contracts with disabled customer groups, coupled with experience managing field-based staff across multiple locations.



The key purpose of the role will be to continue improving contract performance.

Specific responsibilities will include having direct responsibility for 10 staff and generally owning the management of the contract.



This role will suit an individual who is passionate about the sector and is committed to driving contract performance.



The salary will be c.

£35-40K (depending on level of experience) plus benefits.
