Learner Recruitment Consultant - Stockport

A leading national training provider of Apprenticeships and other training programmes across varying sectors are looking for Learner Recruitment Consultants to join their team at their Head Office in Stockport to be responsible for recruiting learners and employers onto programmes with the area.

This will include:

- Client Development
- Generating sales leads
- Visiting workplaces
- Signing candidates onto programmes
- Promoting the business
- Ensuring repeat business
- Assisting with PR events
- Achieving sales targets and developing the business

The successful candidate will have excellent sales, negotiation, support, communication and organisational skills.


Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with both large and small employers as well as encourage and advise young people on career development.

Candidates may come from a call centre, recruitment or other sales background and have a get up and go, must do attitude.

The position is based in Stockport and is centre based, other than when out on client visits.

Starting salary is £18,000, with a bonus scheme of £5,000 per annun available upon hitting monthly and annual targets.


In addition business mileage is paid when out on visits and the opportunity to progress within a growing company is offered.
