Calibration Technician


Calibration Technician.

 c£Negotiable plus benefits.

 You will be required to support activities associated with the release of new specifications and the on-going production on Rotary Pumps.

The roles main duties will be drawn from the following:

•Assemble, strip and calibrate Rotary pumps (DPS/200/210/310)
•Maintenance of PE1060 & Hartridge 780 test machines
•Carry out other test procedures as require e.g.

flow tests
•Problem solving - apply a methodical and logical approach to problem solving on production and customer rejects. 
•Participate in production yield improvement activities.
•Analyze performance data to assess suitability for production
•Cross functional communication.
•Participate in team orientated activities
•Operate Mainframe and PC based computer systems


 

Candidate Requirements: 

Knowledge and experience of calibration procedures on Rotary Pumps


Experience of running and maintaining test machines, particularly PE1060
Ability to assemble and disassemble product
Understanding of Rotary Pumps, particularly DP210 and DP310
Ability to communicate effectively and present data in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Ability to operate computer systems including Mainframe and PC based applications.
To be able to work within a small team
