Java Lead Engineer – 90,000-130,000 CHF per annum – Baden, Switzerland – A global leader in power and automation technologies.


My client is looking to hire a Lead Java Engineer to work in charge of a team of 20 developers, responsible for developing specific applications for their customers and clients.


The company is a global leader in power and automation technologies.

Based in Baden, they focus mainly on the two core areas of power and automation technology and systems and provide total solutions for utilities and industrial companies.

They are looking to take on a new Lead Engineer to take a senior leadership role over their development team who work on their own products and systems that are specifically tailored to their customers needs.


Essential Skills/Experience:



  • Several Years Practical Experience in Java Development

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Java Enterprise, Spring, Hibernate

  • Engineering experience in the field of sub-stations is beneficial but not essential

  • Fluent German is a requirement, and good English is beneficial
