We are seeking motivated, experienced Sisters/Charge Nurses to join their team: we have several senior opportunities within; Complex Orthopaedic, Gynaecology, Urology, Vascular, Breast, ENT/Maxillofacial, Plastics, general and Gastro Surgery.

Duties of the post
? Providing clinical management and leadership in the absence of the ward Manager.
? Maintaining high clinical standards and high levels of quality care delivery.
? Promoting good team work.
? Reporting any adverse events and maintain a safe working environment.
? Prioritising workloads and allocating patients appropriately.
? Acting as a role model and support and develop junior staff, and student nurses.
? Liaising with consultants and other departments effectively.
