My Client leads the market in delivering secure voice transaction solutions across the globe.

Our expanding market and continuous innovation has created a new opportunity within their client support services team, based at head office in Surrey with a degree of travel – a willingness to work away from home from time to time, a car and clean driving license is essential.



Client Support Manager / Account Manager: My client is a well-funded organisation with aggressive growth plans.

You will be joining as the company expands into a medium-sized business over the next 12 months.

This is a fabulous opportunity to "get in early" and you can expect to influence direction, whilst delivering business solutions to some of the world’s major retail and call centre organisations

Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will have 5 or more years’ experience of providing and delivering a professional account management service to high profile blue chip clients.

The experience should have been gained within a software delivery environment and preferably within the telephony space.

The role will include the management of a diverse set of accounts including a mixture of channel partners selling the client’s software on our behalf, Tier 1 and 2 telecommunication carriers who will provide hosted versions of my client’s software in the cloud, system integrators who will be selling my client’s software as part of their own solutions and clients acquired through our direct sales teams.

In all cases the clients are contact centre professionals so a good experience of contact centre operations will be a big advantage.



Client Support Manager / Account Manager: The applicant must have the ability and willingness to go the extra mile to meet all our client needs with a “can do” philosophy.

Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude are vital as the role is client facing and will be an important ambassador for the business.



Client Support Manager / Account Manager Principle accountabilities
- General day to day account management duties, understanding the needs of each individual client and managing the relationship between the businesses
- Manage the handover of new clients through the delivery managers to ensure a seamless transition to a business as usual (BAU) state
- Arrange / facilitate regular account reviews with the clients to track progress and identify issues
- Identify and nurture further growth opportunities
- Ensure maximum billing against contract and track license renewals
- Ensure clients have up to date product and training collateral and facilitate training where required
- Manage contract/SOW adherence, including acting as gatekeeper for change control and the maximum billing there of
- Track support SLA’s and act as first point of escalation for clients with support/delivery issues
- A professional representation of my client at all times (internally and externally)
- Working effectively with all areas of the my client team, Sales, Operations and IT.
- Demonstrating innovation and passion towards work

Client Support Manager / Account Manager:Critical skills & experience
- Degree level educated with additional qualifications in business studies an advantage
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Strong experience of providing a professional account management service to high profile blue chip clients, channel partners and system integrators within a software product delivery environment
- Strong experience of contact centre operations
- A reasonable technical knowledge of software and telephony systems will be an advantage
- Ability to create quality documentation to support the role where appropriate
- Good working and practical knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and be part of a team essential
