Medi-Cruit Dentistry Dental Recruitment are sourcing a Experienced Dental Practice Manager also with Dental Nursing Experience looking for a new challenge to work in this busy Mixed Dental Practice in Cirencester, Gloucestershire

This post is for a Full Time dental practice manager working 40 hours per week..

Successful candidates must have at least two years previous dental nursing experience or six months practice management experience.

The successful dental practice manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice including;
£ Manage and support non-Clinical team.
£ Assist Practice with employment, development, discipline and general personnel matters.
£ Oversee Practice staffing to achieve optimum operational and financial performance.
£ Manage finances and banking, validate and pay or forward invoices, forward claims to the DPB, reconcile payments, minimise bad debts.
£ Develop and report against the Practice£s business plan
£ Help to reduce the use of Clinician£s time on non-clinical tasks
£ Monitor appointments and referrals, help to minimise failed appointments.
£ Maintain NHS and Independent/GDC complaints procedures.
£ Manage cash and banking, validate and forward invoices, reconcile records.
£ Manage response to non-payment and debt recovery.
£ Monitor client feedback, complaints procedures, exception reports, etc.
£ Monitor Practice compliance with Clinical Governance and NHS requirements.
£ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, Disability Discrimination Act & Fire Safety Law
£ Oversee maintenance of all Practice equipment and liaise with suppliers.
£ Inspect the fabric, services, equipment and security, at least weekly, initiate repairs.
£ Commit to Continuing Professional Development.
£ Conduct self in a manner that builds and maintains a reputation of professionalism.
£ Perform other related duties within the ability to do or to learn that will help maintain a high standard of patient care.



The practice is also supportive of their Dental Support team in undertaking additional CPD related activities which are of benefit to the Dental Practice and you will co-ordinate this amongst the other Dental Receptionists and Dental Nursing teams.

You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom; thus you must either hold a passport from an EU Country or a valid work permit to work full-time hours in this country.
