Based in Munich and experiencing success and growth, my client is looking to hire a lead or management level user experience expert.

User Experience designers at this firm really get a chance to get their teeth stuck into both user research and design - from conception and ideation through to design definition - not many firms offer this breadth of responsibility.

Usability and interaction design expertise is required, along with a couple of years experience in leading or managing user experience teams.

As you will be part of a design consultancy, you must possess strong communication skills and enjoy fast paced and varied project work.

As a management member of the team, you will be involved in strategy and planning as well as mentoring the senior design members.
