You’ll be the face of our fire safety projects, helping residents understand the works taking place in their homes and ensuring work is carried out smoothly, safely, and respectfully. About the Role As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key link between site teams and the residents affected by passive fire protection works, including firestopping, fire door upgrades, and compartmentation improvements.
Your role is essential in ensuring clear communication, minimising disruption, and maintaining trust throughout the project.
