Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Paddington - Up to £35,000Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Paddington.
CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office complex located at Paddington.
The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial Fabric building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large blue chip commercial office static site. This will be a permanent role with a salary of up to £35,000.
