The building has 8 floors with around 225,000 square footage and includes office space, gym and high end residential apartments with easy access to both stations Green park (Jubilee line and Victoria line), Bond street (Central line, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line).
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ or apprenticeship trained) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
