Sirona Medical are looking to recruit a Social Worker to join the CHC Team in East Anglia.

Job Role: This particular role is based within a Local Authority in East Anglia.

The Social Worker will provice Care Act 2014 Assessments, Reviews, Mental Capacity Act 2005 Assessments and Best interest Decisions (where applicable) identifying individuals needs and supporting the Multidisciplinary teams’ recommendation on eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare. 

Sirona Medical will be providing the Social Worker to a Local Authority on a temporary contact. As a Social Worker you will be representing Sirona Medical and the Local Authority.

The role is one Social Worker 37 hours a week.

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work with at least 2 years post qualified experience.
To act in accordance with Social Work England registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice.
