We are actively seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join the dynamic team of a renowned furniture company based in Yate. Administrator (based in Yate), Salary: £20-£25k
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of administrative operations.
From managing office supplies to providing support to various departments, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Handling office operations and procedures efficiently.
- Managing incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Offering administrative support across different departments as needed.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, managing schedules effectively.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
