With an outstanding portfolio of premium contracts across Central London, they are now seeking an accomplished Account Director to oversee one of their flagship sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational standards, nurturing strong client relationships, and driving performance across every aspect of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of financial performance, including budgets, P&L, and reporting
• Delivering on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service excellence at all times
• Leading on H&S and environmental compliance across the site
• Planning and overseeing building shutdowns and complex project works
• Driving quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Recruiting, developing, and appraising engineering staff, ensuring a high-performing team
• Acting as the key client liaison, maintaining and enhancing strong relationships
• Identifying and delivering new business opportunities to add value and increase revenue

• Formally qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND or higher)
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
• A solid technical understanding across building services and engineering systems
• Background in managing large-scale engineering teams, ideally on 24/7 high-profile sites
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Organised, proactive, and able to balance a demanding and varied workload
