Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift – Moorgate – £48,000

4 on 4 off – Day Shifts

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate.

You’ll be responsible for electrical building services maintenance, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works

  • Maintain and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, BMS controls, and general electrical building services equipment

  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely manner

  • Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures

  • Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3, 18th Edition)

  • Strong background in building services within commercial offices

  • Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting systems, and controls

  • Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach

  • Professional, client-facing communication skills
