The Opportunity
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and strategic campaign delivery within an expanding team.

You will lead and mentor junior talent, drive campaign excellence, and contribute to the growth of the agency—all while enjoying hybrid flexibility and comprehensive professional development support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sophisticated PR strategies that deliver measurable client outcomes
  • Lead and mentor account teams, promoting professional development and campaign excellence
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships as a trusted communications advisor
  • Oversee integrated campaign delivery across traditional media, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives and support new business development
Essential Requirements
  • Proven PR agency experience with strong client management and team leadership background
  • Demonstrable track record of successful corporate communications campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience within finance, technology, or property sectors highly advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset
