Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – London (Temp to Perm)

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for two Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join an established building services company based in West London.

These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

Vacancy 1

  • Shift pattern: Two days on, two days off / Three days on, three days off
  • Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 and 10:00 – 22:00
  • Rate: £25 per hour
  • Temp to perm
  • Immediate start required
  • Pay £24 - £25 per hour 
Vacancy 2
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
  • 40 hours per week
  • Temp to perm
  • £24 - £25 per hour 
Key Responsibilities
  • Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance
  • Emergency lighting testing
  • Control panel maintenance
  • Replacing ballasts
  • Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems
  • General M&E and fabric maintenance
  • Logbook updates and compliance reporting
  • Basic plumbing tasks (e.g.

    unblocking toilets)
  • Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
