AOV/ Smoke Ventilation Engineer

Job Title: AOV / Smoke Ventilation Engineer Location: East London (covering 6 development sites)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on AOV and smoke ventilation systems
  
  
• Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and system testing
  
  
• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and site-specific requirements
  
  
• Respond to on-call duties as required (paid at double rate)
  
  
• Maintain clear communication with site managers and report on completed works
  
  
• Travel between multiple sites across East London (travel allowance provided)
  
  

• Proven experience with AOV and smoke ventilation systems
  
  
• Knowledge of current compliance and safety regulations
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities
  
  
• Full UK driving licence preferred
  
  
• Right to work in the UK
