• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of shift engineers
• Manage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, risk management, and compliance
• Respond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents and faults
• Oversee contractor activity and enforce safe systems of work
• Maintain accurate site records and operational documentation
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure seamless team communication
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence

• Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3)
• 18th Edition certified
• HV Authorised or strong HV/LV experience preferred
• Proven experience in a critical or commercial building services environment
• Strong understanding of UPS, Generators, HVAC, and BMS systems
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Experience working in a 24/7 engineering environment
