Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Liverpool Street – Continental Days – £44,000

Location: Liverpool Street, London
Shift Pattern: Continental Day Shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site near Liverpool Street.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a well-established facilities management team, delivering top-quality mechanical and electrical maintenance across a busy, high-profile building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and building services systems
  
  
• Diagnose and repair faults on M&E plant including lighting, power, HVAC, emergency systems, and BMS
  
  
• Support statutory compliance and health & safety best practices
  
  
• Work closely with on-site teams to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  
  
• Complete service reports, job sheets and maintain accurate maintenance records
  
  

• City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  
  
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  
  
• Experience in building services or commercial M&E maintenance (minimum 2 years)
  
  
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
