Site based Handyperson (Temporary to Permanent) - Stafford - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG & Manufacturing

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a reliable and multi-skilled Fabric Engineer/Handyperson to join our FM client’s team on a temporary to permanent basis, working on a prestigious manufacturing site in Stafford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in general building maintenance and fabric works who is looking for a stable, long-term position within a growing FM contract.

Package:

• Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 per hour

• Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance duties across the site
• General building repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating
• Maintaining external areas such as pathways, signage, and fencing
• Supporting wider site FM operations and liaising with subcontractors when necessary
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

• Previous experience in a Handyperson or Fabric Engineer role
• Strong all-round knowledge of general building maintenance
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
