Mechanical Maintenace Engineer

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London - £42,500 per annum 

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a prestigious commercial building, located in Moorgate, London.

This building offers a modern, high-end class A office space, approximately 175,000 sq ft of area spread across a total of 9 floors and all within walking distance to major transport hubs, including Barbican Station, Canon Street Station and Bank Station, all within a 12-minute walk from the commercial building.

You will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance across areas of the commercial building, all while working within a maintenance team.  The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G / NVQ), with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.  In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £42,500,  plenty of overtime available, further training and further career progression.



 
Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 09:00 am to 18:00 pm

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• A basic salary of up to £42,500 per annum
