Our client is an impressive neighbourhood restaurant in West London that is currently hiring a Head Sushi Chef to lead an established Sushi brigade.

This iconic restaurant is a favourite among locals and prides itself on using the best produce to create award-winning menus.

Head Sushi Chef Requirements:

• A Sushi chef who is at the top of their game, someone who is creative, passionate and has a real eye for detail.
• This role suits a Sushi Chef who has at least three years of experience running a sushi restaurant/kitchen.
• Previous experience working within a Michelin starred or rosette restaurant would be ideal.
• This is a very creative role – you will have full autonomy of the sushi offering.
