Sushi Chef de Partie Requirements:

• We are seeking a career-focused, passionate, and experienced Sushi Chef, ideally someone at a Chef de Partie level.
• All Sushi Chef applicants should have at least three years of experience working in award winning restaurants.
• All Chef de Partie should have a stable employment.
• A Chef de Partie should work well under pressure and consider themselves a great team player.
