My client is looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Kings Cross, London.

A successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ).

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, and mechanical maintenance.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £32,000, further training and career progression.

• Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests 
• Plant room maintenance
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 or mechanically City & Guilds Level 2
• Have a hard-working attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
