We’re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a prestigious site on Regent Street.

This is a foot mobile role, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to keep building services running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive electrical repairs
  
  
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
  
  
• Support general building maintenance where required
  
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  
  
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times
  
  

• Fully qualified electrician (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
  
  
• Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance
  
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  
  

• £47,000 annual salary
  
  
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)
  
  
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  
  
• Foot mobile role (no vehicle required)
